Due to continued success, we are looking for exciting, confident, positive and pro-active full time Reception Manager to join our experienced and dedicated team. The successful candidate would be required to work 40-45 hours per week, spanning a variety of shifts across the entire reception operation.
Please note that this is not a live-in position
To manage the Reception team and deliver excellent customer service, focusing on the guest experience and related administration.

Salary - £11,648 - £15,600.
Due to continued success, we are looking for a confident, positive and pro-active Receptionist to join our dedicated and experienced team. Working 40 hours a week you will be the first and last point of contact for guests and visitors so the ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and a real people person. Shifts are normally 8 hours long. Usual shift times are 7am-3pm, or 3pm - 11pm, working shifts any days of the week including weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers and ensuring that every guest leaves happy. Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk, troubleshooting emergencies, manage and complete all reception duties and tasks for the smooth running of the business, be able to manage working irregular shift patterns.
