Treatments

The Elemis approved, Manor Health & Beauty Club offers a unisex range of luxury products and treatments designed to help relax, rebalance and re-energise your mind, body and soul, putting your wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. Escape the everyday and find a moment of relaxation, helping you unwind, de-stress and feel totally refreshed.

We understand that It isn’t only women that need a pamper! We understand that men care as much about their well-being and appearance too and that is why all treatments we offer are unisex to help you feel refreshed on the inside and look your best on the outside.

Our relaxing duo treatment room is available for guests who wish to share a room whilst undergoing treatments, whether it be with a partner, friend or family member. Selected times only, subject to availability.

Hydrotherapy Hot Tub  

The V94 Hydrotherapy Hot Tub offers four-jet whitewater, delivering a volcanic eruption of exhilarating therapy to soothe those aching muscles!

30 Minutes - £4.00 per person (Free to use for Platinum Members, Pamper Packages and Hotel Residents). Subject to availability. Only available during Manor Health & Beauty Club opening times.. Strictly advance booking only, subject to availability. The Hydrotherapy Hot Tub can accommodate up to 6 people at any one time so you may be sharing the time with other hotel guests. Robes & Slippers are available to hire, a £15.00 deposit is taken which is refunded upon return of the items. Please contact the Manor Health & Beauty Club to check availability and make your booking. Terms and Conditions apply.

Swedish & Infrared Saunas

1 Hour - £8.00 per person (Free to use for Platinum Members, Pamper Packages and Hotel Residents). Subject to availability. Only available during Manor Health & Beauty Club opening times.

Fitness Suite

The fully equipped fitness suite is open 24 hours a day.

Swimming Pool

Please note, the hotel does not have a swimming pool onsite however swimming facilities can be arranged at a local Health Club subject to availability. 

Changing Rooms

Male & Female changing rooms are available and come complete with shower facilities and hairdryers. Lockers are also available.

Relaxation Room

The perfect place to relax before or after your treatment. Available to all guests prior to or after treatments and during the day when on a pamper package.

Elemis Products

Discover ELEMIS skincare products; Award-winning cleansers, toners, moisturisers, masks and serums to enhance your skincare routine. Products are available to purchase in salon at any time during opening times, your therapist will be able to advise the very best products to compliment your skin. A range of Elemis Gift sets are also available to purchase.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are available for any combination of treatments and packages. Alternatively why not take the stress out of your decision and purchase a monetary voucher of any value, giving your recipient the freedom to choose their preferred treatment. Simply visit the "Gift Vouchers" page, select your voucher and it will be delivered directly by email. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please click onto the "Book Beauty Treatment" button or alternatively please contact the Manor Health & Beauty Club on 01527 541 511or email manorhealthandbeauty@southcrestmanorhotel.com.  Advance booking is highly recommended. All packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All treatment times allow for consultation times.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way and there may be a need to cancel your appointment, this can be done up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time by clicking the link in your email confirmation. Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in your account being suspended and future bookings being cancelled or declined.

Hotel Guests
For your convenience, when staying at the hotel, all treatments and products can be charged to your room account on production of room key. Hotel residents have complimentary use of the gymnasium, sauna and hydrotherapy hot tub (pre-booking essential).

Bespoke Treatments and Packages
If you would like us to create a bespoke treatment or package, please contact the Manor Health and Beauty Club on 01527 541 511 or via manorhealthandbeautyclub@southcrestmanorhotel.com to discuss your requirements with our specialist team.

Pregnancy
Certain treatments are not suitable whilst pregnant, please speak to a member of the team when making your booking and they will be able to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

Medical Conditions
Some treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments or conditions. We request that you advise us of any of the following conditions when making your booking; Epilepsy, Allergies, Heart condition, High/Low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations.

Dress Code
The Hotel is not responsible for any missing items. Jewellery needs to be removed prior to treatments commencing. We recommend you leave all valuables at home. Underwear must be worn during treatments.

 

Manor Health & Beauty Club Rules

• Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult using any of the facilities.
• Children 12 years and under are not permitted within the Hydrotherapy Hot Tub.
• Persons under 18 years may not use the gymnasium without written permission from the General Manager and a completed disclaimer form.
• Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. The hotel isn’t liable for looking after children when on hotel property or grounds.
• By using the gymnasium, Hydrotherapy Hot Tub, Swedish & Infrared Saunas, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use on display in the Manor Health and Beauty Club.
